| I went to a David Archuleta show for his Christmas From The Heart tour in Waukegan, Illinois, and I had so much fun! I had 2 VIP packages for the David Archuleta/Demi Lovato tour over the summer, and those experiences were awesome! This was my 3rd VIP for ILAA, and I'm really glad that I was able to get another VIP package, thanks to my sister! Meeting David and his band again was great! It was nice to see Kristin as our host again. She handled things very well in a professional manner. I also had a great VIP seat that was really close to the stage. This whole VIP experience is another one that I'll never forget. Thank you once again ILAA! I had a lot of fun! | I attended the Rob Zombie Detroit show on 11/27/09. I purchased an I Love All Access Upgrade package and it was well worth it. Everything was delivered as advertised plus some pleasant surprises. I want to commend our host, Ann, and her assistant. They were very responsive to our needs and questions. The meet and greet with Rob was outstanding. | I recently attending this concert and wanted to comment on our hostess, Ann. She was EXCELLENT! She was very quick to call me back when I had a question, and she was very friendly and helpful the night of the event. Also, thank you SO much for putting this together. It was something my husband and I will never forget. We hope you can arrange to do more of this in the future (especially with metal groups).

| Just wanted to drop a note and let you know that my wife bought tickets for my daughter and I and I wanted to let you know what we thought. From the very first, this was one of the best run, and most professional events I have attended. We go to many concerts and never have I been one to reply after an event...even a U2 event (smile) The professional and courteous attendants at the Charlotte show could not have been more accommodating and pleasant to be around. The dress up opportunities before the show, the food, the private shopping area, the escort to our seats, and then ...FRONT ROW!! . . . Keep up the great work and thanks again for making my daughter one very happy 6 year old!!
