Our group tonight put FAN in FANATIC, they were a bit over the top and needed a lot of attention! Had a little hiccup with one guest who showed up with her 4 friends who unfortunately thought “5 Star” meant 5 packages. They were so upset but really nice about it. I was able to fly into action and located 4 of the few remaining tickets for the show at the box office, which the group was happy to purchase. Almost a fairy-tale ending! Our meet and greet raffle winner tonight came alone, but had made good friends with another guest so off they went to meet Christina! Catering tonight was done by Christina’s tour catering company: Culinary Underground….they had a great spread! Party was held in the Igloo Club, located an elevator ride away from the backstage. Home for a few days break! More recaps to follow in Milwaukee….

Hey guess what…Christina’s tour caterers, Culinary Underground, catered the 5 Star Platinum party tonight.  We’re working hard to schedule more parties that they are able to bring the backstage catering flair to our guests! Cool!

Well, here we go! Off to an awesome start with an enthusiastic crowd who went on to see the first of 41 AWESOME shows. We did 3 backstage tours tonight. First group saw PCD soundchecking, 2nd group saw DK in the hallway, 3rd group saw DK soundchecking….the fans all loved it! Had to take the freight elevator to get to the backstage! Our party room a lovely room on the Lower Suite level behind the stage. Great catering staff, they took good care of us. The venue was excited to host opening night, and our ILAA gang was amped too. First time raffling off the grand prize….A MEET AND GREET WITH CHRISTINA! The couple who won had a great time. They met us after the PCD set and we took them backstage with all the VIPs! They got a great photo with Ms. A! It’s cool to be able to add this cherry onto the sundae J Next report from Dallas, bye!

Whoo hoo….home town crowd for Christina and our guests didn’t let her down, going crazy from the rows way up front and of course those wild fans in the instage sections!

Party was held in the Grand Reserve Room….room is gorgeous!

Typical for LA with crazy traffic plus a bunch of construction going on around Staples Center for that new entertainment center coming (hopefully the next time ILAA does a tour we’ll be in one of those new venues!), so one of our helpers Ethan stayed at the meeting spot for pretty much the entire length of the party waiting on late arrivals. He was such a good sport! Well, LA is a pretty good place to people watch at least!

Everyone was accounted for by the time the show started, so another glitzy night underway with all those fabulous gals – Danity Kane, the Pussycat Dolls and of course ours truly Xtina!
